Getta Hunt, 90, of Miramar Beach, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, in an Assisted Living Facility. She was born on October 12, 1923 in Boaz, AL to Lonnie and Artha Sanders.
Getta was Baptist by faith and was preceded in death by both parents and then later by her husband, Grover, in 2003. She is survived by her daughters; Patricia Hopson (Jim), Gina Brown (Norman), and son; Mike Hunt (Sherry); four granddaughters; Melissa Walker, Shannon Hopson, Michelle Johnson, and Jamie Wetherell; two grandsons; Clay and Cole Posey, and seven great grandchildren.
