Mrs. Gertrude Quinlan, age 84, beloved wife of John T. Quinlan of Orange, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at CT Hospice in Branford.
Born in Bridgeport on August 31, 1925, daughter of the late Leroy and Mary Kelly Beach, she was a graduate of Bassick High School.
In addition to her husband of 57 years, she is survived by two sons, Kevin of Orange and Edward and his wife Denise of Shelton, and three grandchildren, Kelly, Aubrey, and Travis. She also leaves two sisters, Dorothy Langdon of Fairfield and Joan Shafranek of Bradenton, FL, two brothers, Robert of Woodbridge, VA and Donald Beach of Milford. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Jack Beach and a sister Gladys Dion.
