Geraldine Tyrell 73, passed away peacefully at the hospital surrounded by loved ones on February 28, 2018. She was born on August 21, 1944 in Jamaica West Indies. She was the first born of eight children born to Ivy and Ezekiel Griffiths. She migrated to the United States in 1992 and lived in Florida prior to relocating to New York.
She is survived by six siblings: Vecas, Melva, Antonette, Lorine, Rose and Jubert; six children: Pat, Leon, Wayne, Norbert, Marven and Carl; twenty-one grandchildren and one great grandchild, along with a host of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephew, and other relatives and friends.
