Geraldine E. “June” (Allgood) Taberski, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Lawrence Manor Healthcare Center in Indianapolis.
She was born August 19, 1927 in Chickasha, OK to the late James Allgood and Mattie (Dalton) Currnut. June was a homemaker and nurses’ aide and had also previously owned a restaurant in McCordsville. She enjoyed cooking and canning and was an excellent seamstress.
She is survived by her children: Ann Holden Schnitz of McCordsville; James B. Holden of Orlando, FL; and Linda Harris of Antigo, WI; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Taberski; daughter Audrey Jean Emery; and sister Audrey Underwood.
