Mrs. Geraldine Hay Irvin of Valley passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at her residence.
She is survived by her sons, Mark Dale (Cheryl) Irvin and Bryan Patrick (Vertice) Irvin both of Valley, Kelly Travis Irvin of Eufaula, daughter, Robyn Lynn Walker of Palm Springs, CA, sister, Billie Jean Bunge of FL, grandchildren, Tabitha Jean Irvin, Stephanie Leah (Hunter) Johnson, Jeremy Wayne Walker, & Jason Lamar Baty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Wallace Irvin, and her parents, Wesley Hay and Nora Duffey Hay.
She was a member of Faith Evangelistic Church where she was the oldest living member. She served on the church board and as church treasurer for 27 years. She later was made an honorary member of the church board. She served faithfully the entire time, helped children, and worked for the Lord. She brought a lot of knowledge and experience from being the daughter of a preacher. She was devoted to her church.
