Gerald S. Miller, 70, of Red Bud, IL, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 10, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in O’Fallon, IL. Gerald was born November 22, 1951, in Johnson County, Indiana.
He was a United States Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 Retired, former Army 82nd Airborne paratrooper, member of the Patriot Guard Riders, member of the Cowboy Church in Red Bud, IL, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, spending time with his friend Joyce, flying and was working towards his pilot’s license. Gerald was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Okhui Miller (nee Yun), parents; Dewey Miller and Mary Ann Dawson (nee Frederick).
Gerald is survived by two children; Susan Miller of Los Angeles, CA, LTJG Joshua Cho (ISC Hailey) Miller of Hampton, VA, and two brothers; Thomas Miller of Palmdale, CA, and Scott Collins of Los Angeles, CA. AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY.
