Elmer Gerald McKinney, age 76, of Barber Road, Clearfield, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at St. Claire Health Care in Morehead.
Born December 26, 1943, in Morehead, Gerald was the son of the late Otto and Lucy Staton McKinney. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Perry McKinney, who passed away on January 11, 2018, and one brother, Billy McKinney.
Gerald is survived by one daughter, Lora Lynn Tinsley, and one grandson, Damion Dylan Tinsley, both of Clearfield; two sisters, Helen McKinney of Morehead and Ruth Blevins of Indiana, as well as nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Gerald was a former employee of Homer Gregory Lumber Company. He enjoyed watching FOX News and keeping up to date on current events and politics. He was also a big fan of boxing. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.
