Gerald Lee Seacat, 73, died Wednesday Dec. 30, 2015 in Greenwood. He was a resident of Greenwood.

Gerald was born Nov. 30, 1942 in Milltown, Indiana to Melvin C. and D.Geneva (Lockhart) Seacat.

He married Ann Hendricks Jan.21, 1961 in Paoli, Indiana; they were married for 54 years.

He was co-owner of Greenwood Models, which he co-founded in 1973, retiring in 2007 after 34 years in the business.

Gerald was a member of the Rocklane Christian Church, Historical Auto Club and Hoosier Skyliner’s Club. He was a 3rd degree Mason and a member of Masonic Lodge #661.

He was an avid car collector, traveling the country in his cars with his wife. He enjoyed riding motorcycles with his sons.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Seacat of Greenwood, two sons, Daniel W. (Kathy) Seacat and Steven T. (Barbara) Seacat both of Indianapolis,brother, Marvin (Mae) Seacat of Milltown, sister-in-law, Pauline Manship of Paoli, six grandchildren, Justin (Anna) Seacat, Sean (Erin) Seacat, Kyle Seacat, Stephanie Seacat, Joseph Seacat, Samuel Seacat and four great-grandchildren, Jolene Seacat, Heidi Seacat, Dexter Seacat and Elsie Seacat.
