He is also survived by his thirty-four grandchildren, forty-eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Jeansonne; sons, Ricky Jeansonne and Gregory Jeansonne; parents, Peter and Armance Gauthier Jeansonne; brother, Kenneth Jeansonne; sister, Bobbie Jane Watley; grandsons, Gregory Jeansonne, Justin Jeansonne, and Bryan Odom; great-grandson, Lane Anthony Doyle; son-in-law, Michael Turner.
