Mr. Williams was born December 31, 1940 in New Britain, son of the late Kenneth J. Williams Sr. and Shirley (Demora). He worked for many years as a machinist at Hildreth Press in Bristol before his retirement. Gerald was a Viet Nam Vet in which he served in the U.S Air Force.
He leaves two sons; Gerald J. Williams Jr. of Illinois, Jamie Williams of Florida, two daughters, Bambie Douglas of South Carolina and Kim Swain of Virginia, several grandchildren, a nephew; two lifelong Friend Mike and Patty Kelly. He was predeceased by a brother, Kenneth James Williams Jr.
