Georgie Ella West “Nanny”, age 90, of Samantha, AL, passed away September 25, 2021 at home. Services will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Campground United Methodist Church with Bro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milford West; son-in-law, Billy Heaton; sisters, Mary Patterson, Ruth Drennen, Jodie Rice, and Reba Holcomb; great-granddaughter, Layla Hill; daughter-in-law, Glenda West; brothers, Wilford Holcomb, Floyd Holcomb, and Leonard Holcomb; and grandson, Jeff West.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Heaton of Berry; sons, Anthony (Maria), Albert (Agnes), Steve (Pamela), and Aaron; sisters, Ann Rice and Juanita Smith; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
