Born in Housatonic, Massachusetts, November 12, 1925. George served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Preceded in death by his wife Jean Malally (deceased 2009). He is survived by his 8 children, Polly (David) Carrasco, Pat Malally, Pam (Morten) Lind-Jensen, Paula (Fred deceased-2010) Fraijo, Peggy (Ken) Harris, George Malally, Greg (Christine) Malally, and Penny (Phillip) Barbosa; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In his 90 years, he would say that his family was his greatest accomplishment of all. George enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports, quick trips to Vegas and Santa Anita. His infectious laughter, sense of humor, and no nonsense way about him touched the lives of all who knew him.
