Loving father of Amanda O’Donnell (Andrew), Amy Hastings (Thomas), the late Holly Dytko, Adam Dytko, Alexis Kubovsak (Andrew) and Alyssa Dytko, dear twin brother of Greg Dytko (Marlene) and Marlene Pisterzi, loving step-father of Daniel Tocci (Olivia) and David Tocci (fiancé Paige), and also the cherished grandfather of Michael, Kylee, Alayna, Flora, Celia, Charlotte, Ella, Heather and Elia.A biotechnology researcher by trade and a diehard Chicago Cubs fan by choice, George had a love for fine scotch, ice cream of all flavors, conversation, and spending time with his family and friends. George had a rare charm and a warm ability to make friends everywhere he went. He was animated, energetic, and loved life. He truly knew how to enjoy the little things and could find joy in the ordinary. George will always be sorely missed by all of those whose lives he touched.
