George Leonard Anthony, Jr., age 46, a native of Barberton, OH and resident of Semmes, died Monday, June 23, 2014 at a local hospital. Mr. Anthony was a member of the Semmes First Baptist Church and an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Angela Shelton Anthony; one sone, Joshua Shelton; two daughters. Krist Anthony and Carrie Parker; his mother, Dorthy Cartwright; his father, George Leonard Anthony, Sr.; six siblings; six grandchildren, Zackary, Jacob, Madisyn, Savanah, Nicholeus, and Brayden; his little buddy, Louie, neices, nephews, and other relatives.
