Mr. George L. Lytell, 92, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully of natural causes at the O’Neill Healthcare Facility in Bay Village, OH on Monday, Dec. 17, 2018.
He was born in Kendallville on Mar. 12, 1926, to the late William and Nora (Mottinger) Lytell, and leaves behind his beloved spouse Betty Myers.
Also surviving are children Laura (Kevin) Hueni, George Lytell, Jr., John (Jeanne), Michael (Starr), Donald (Naela) and Luke Lytell; sisters Norma (Stan) Bender and June Strater; 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. George is preceded by a daughter, Betsy Lytell Smith, and siblings Lorraine Mangum and Orrie, Larson, and Paul Lytell.
