George is survived by his wife, Doris Hawkins; children, Melissa McClellan, Elizabeth Hawkins, Michelle Hawkins and George Hawkins Jr.; grandchildren, Joseph Hawkins-McClellan, Landon Hawkins, Preston Hawkins, James McClellan and Alexandria McClellan.
