He was born June 17, 1936 in Hutchinson, PA, a son of the late John M. and Anna (Kocevar) Kurpick.
Besides his parents George was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanora Ann Kurpick and a brother, Buddy Kirk
George is survived by his sisters and brothers, Mary Ann Kramer, Betty J. Smerkar and husband, Edward, Daniel Kurpick and wife, Gayle, Charles Kurpick and wife Laurel, and nephew Richard E. Smerkar and wife, Barbara and numerous nieces and nephews.
