George Edward Ottinger 76 of Bargersville, died Friday April 7, 2017 in Indianapolis. He was born on May 27, 1940, in Indianapolis, to his parents Philip G. and A. Marie (Sullivan) Ottinger. He married Juanita (Frith) Ottinger on September 20, 2008, in Indianapolis.
He worked in sales at Jett Express, for 10 years. George enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing cards, and gospel singing, He loved being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita (Frith) Ottinger; six children, Joy (Dennis) Hickey, George E. (Twila) Ottinger Jr., William W. (Bonnie) Ottinger, Joe (Sherri) Coomer, Penny (Doran) Bergin, and Stanley (Tammy) Coomer; four sisters, Rose (Luther) Searfoss, Alice (Fred) Prewitt, Phyllis Lund, and Lily (Charles) Hall; three brothers, Carl (Pat) Otinger, Roy (Janna) Ottinger, Gene (Donna) Ottinger. George is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
