George Donchez, Jr. George Donchez, Jr., 75, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2011, in St. Lukes Hospice House. He was the husband of the late Gladys M. (Galles) Donchez, who died in 1998. Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late George and Mary (Viletek) Donchez. He served his country in the US Army. George worked for Bethlehem Steel, Allentown Roofing, retired Roofers Local Union 30 and was retired from Bethlehem Area School District after having worked in the Maintenance Department. He was an avid collector and reader. Survivors: son, Dennis G. Donchez and his fiancé Terri Brawn of Coplay; daughter, Denise T. Sebesta and her husband Daniel of Bethlehem; sister, Katherine Vitez of Bath; brothers, Edward Donchez of Catasauqua and Thomas Donchez of Bath; grandchildren, Bethany and her fiancé Jeffrey Watson, Stephany, Kelby, Taylor and Thaddeus; nieces and nephews.
