George Anthony Waryold, Jr., 91, of Newnan, formerly of New York, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. George was born January 2, 1926 in New York, NY to the late George A. Waryold & Ethel Christianson Waryold. George worked with TWA airlines for 39 years before retiring as a field supervisor. He was an avid New York Mets fan and enjoyed playing golf with his friends on Long Island. Survivors include wife of 57 years, Beverly Pomerenke Waryold; sons, Scott Waryold, Jeffrey (Susan) Waryold; and grandchildren, Rebecca Waryold, Jason Waryold.
