HAVERHILL – George A. Verrette, 84, of Haverhill, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Holy Family Hospital, Methuen.
George was born in Haverhill on May 23, 1930, son of the late Frank and Caroline (Dondero) Verrette. Loving husband of 52 years to Janice (Schena) Verrette. He was raised in Amesbury and educated at St. Joseph’s School, Amesbury, then attended Tilton Preparatory School in NH, and graduated from Saint Michael’s College in VT.
George is a Veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War.
