Details: Genevieve Margotta, 64, a 35 year resident of Brooklyn, MD formerly of Newark N.J.., died on Saturday April 25 at the Union Memorial Hospital. She was born in Newark N.J.. on November 30 1950 to the late Lavoy and Agnes Fay. Mrs. Margotta graduated from Valleyburg High School in Newark N.J.. and the University of Trenton in Trenton N.J.. She was a member of St. Rosa Lima Catholic Church, she worked in housekeeping in local hotels. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren and drinking coffee. She is survived by her sons Michael A. Margotta and his wife Jennifer of Linthicum, Jason Wood and his wife Jeanette of Brooklyn, and her daughter Toni Lazzaro and her husband Louis of Brooklyn Park, 3 brothers Michael Fay of Tennessee, Patrick Fay of California, and Edward Fay of Florida, 2 sisters Maureen Barnharts of Florida, and Alice Fay of Seattle, Washington, 8 grandchildren Michael, Nicole, Brianna, Lilliana Margotta, Brooklyn and Brody Lazzaro, and Brandon and Jason Wood Jr. 3 great grandchildren Gianna, Makayla and Isabella Margotta.
