Geneva Emeline Wilson, beloved mother, grandmother and friend died on May 14, 2013, in Jackson, Georgia. Geneva was born on February 10, 1926, to William and Celesta McDonald. She married Dwight James Wilson on January 17, 1946. They were married for 59 years. They lived in Chariton until 1984 when they moved to Mt. Home, Arkansas. In 2003 they moved to Locust Grove, Georgia.
She is survived by two daughters, Atha Parker and husband, Dave, of Lafayette, Indiana, and Avis Johnson and husband, T. Manuel, of Wrightsville, Georgia; one son, Warren Wilson of Locust Grove, Georgia; three grandsons, Craig Wilson, Rick Wilson and Troy Johnson; four granddaughters, Sue Canen, Sheri Stevens, Teri Jacobs and Melissa Hendrick; eight great-grandsons, Rick Wilson, Nick Wilson, TJ Canen, Tyler Rose, Willy Wilson, Dillon Canen, Nate Hendrick and Trey Johnson; six great-granddaughters, Rhea Wilson, Addie Stevens, Emily Hendrick, Aspen Stevens, Jaguar Jacobs and Sophia Hendrick; and three great-great grandchildren, Baylynn Wilson, Kase Wilson, and Bentley Deiters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Gerald, Harry, Everett; and Asa, sister, Atha Poush, devoted husband, Dwight Wilson; son, Mac Wilson; and daughter-in-law, Shirley Wilson.
