Geneva Stephens Badgley, 92, Lady Lake, Florida died September 3, 2003 at The Villages of Lady Lake, Florida after a sudden illness. She was born April 9, 1911 in Anderson, Indiana, and resided in Lady Lake, Florida. She lived in Anderson until 1982, when she moved to Florida. She moved back to Anderson in 1991 and then back to Florida in 2000. She worked 13 years at Delco Remy Division of General Motors, an owner/operator of a Day Nursery for 3 years then a receptionist for Dr. James E. Moneyhun for 18 1/2 years before retiring in 1982. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Anderson and member of the Mound Garden Club. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and taking care of her flowers. She is survived by her Granddaughter & Spouse: Cheryl & Dennis Julius of Anderson. Two Great Granddaughters. Sister: Jennie Stephens Freeman of The Villages of Lady Lake, Florida. Nephew: Stephen E. & wife Carmella Freeman of Westlake, Ohio. Niece: Marilyn F. & husband Harold Denham of Holliston, Massachesetts. Several Cousins including: Helen Stottlemyer of Anderson. She was preceded by her Husband whom she married September 29, 1929 in Anderson: Earl W. Badgley on December 8, 1958. Daughter: Nanette A. King on November 17, 1998. Bonnie B. Badgley in 1942. Parents: Jesse C. & Vurlin A. Martin Stephens. Brother: Roy E. Stephens in 1957.
