Generose Schweickert, 91, of Peru, passed away March 14, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Miss Schweickert was born February 28, 1922 in Peru to Charles and Margaret (Schneider) Schweickert. She was a 1938 graduate of St. Joseph’s Commercial School. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Peru where she was active in the choir and Altar and Rosary Society.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Justice, Nick and Bill.
