Gayland L. Swaim, 62, of Anderson, passed away on April 14, 2021.
He was born on May 11, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois. He was honorably discharged from the National Guard. He loved watching old western movies and was very proud to have beaten non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 1998.
Gayland is survived by his loving wife, Jan Swaim; children, Carrie Marie Treash, Bobbie Jo Acord, Ashlie Wieck, and Gayland Swaim, Jr., Shonne, Darci, Shanna, and Derryk Swearingen; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Mike Swaim, Donny (Heidi) Swaim, Terry Swaim, Vicky (Ricky) Gunter, Theresa Rennick, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudy and Rachella (Presley) Swaim; daughter, Natalie Collins; siblings, Gerry and Barbara Swaim, and Greg Swaim; nephews, Harold Swaim, and Little Ricky Gunter.
