Gary W. Clem, 60, passed away Monday Oct. 28, 2013 in New Whiteland. He was a resident of New Whiteland.
Gary was born March 3, 1953 in Lexington, Kentucky to June and Emma J. ( Wilson) Clem.
He married Terry Scott on June 22, 1975 in Kentucky. They were married for 38 years.
He was an avid Kentucky Wildcats Basketball fan. He attended the Shelby Street Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Indianapolis. He loved working in the yard, being with his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Terry Clem of New Whiteland, three children, Christopher (Angela) Clem of Whiteland, Paul (Julie) Clem of Indianapolis and Angela (Brandon Abbott) Clem of Franklin, two sisters, Zondra Ratliff and Reshell Coy both of Kentucky, a brother, Roger Clem of Kentucky, seven grandchildren, Sierra Clem, Gavin Samples, Paul Clem Jr., John Samples Jr., Annalise Abbott. Caitlin Wilde and Kendra Clark, close family friend, John Samples of Franklin, Gary’s best friend, Jeff Harris of Kentucky and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, June and Emma Clem.
