Gary Sward Wheelwright passed away suddenly of an apparent heart attack on December 24, 2012. He was born September 12, 1945, to Warren Curtis and Beth Sward Wheelwright.
Gary was a life long resident of Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School in 1963.
He served in the Naval Reserve during the Vietnam War serving at Norfolk Naval Station.
He married Sydney Willis and their union was blessed with two children, Derek and Kristen. They later divorced.
Gary was employed at Hill Air Force Base until his retirement in 2006. He also worked at Williams International, Lucas Western Gear in Park City and most recently at The Gift House.
He is survived by his two children, Derek Wheelwright, Ogden; Kristen (Nate) Brown, Redmond, WA; two grandchildren, Sydney and Tyce Brown; brothers Doug Wheelwright, Kaysville; and Roger Wheelwright, Ogden.
