He was born to the late Frances Gray Hoy and Edward Offutt on January 31, 1962.
He is survived by his wife Tracey Gray; one daughter, Tasha Gray; one son, Terrence Gray (Laquonia); four granddaughters, Camya Pryor, Ta’Nya Pryor, Ta’Mya Pryor and Nehemiah Alford; two grandsons, Titus and Talon Lee; two brothers, Larry Hoy (Kelly) and Edward Offutt; eight sisters, Mary Gray, Sherry Gray-Jones, Terry Gulston (Kirt), Donna Unce (Kenneth), Leslie Mitchell (Barrington), E. Carol Johnson (Blaise), Lena Offutt, and Velma Lawson (Royal); a second mother, Hazel Offutt; father-in-law, Dennis Owens, Jr.; four uncles; seven aunts; seven brothers-in- law; three sisters- in-law; six god children; best friend and uncle, John McDonald Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Matilda Gray; mother-in-law, Ethel Pauline Owens.
