Gary Kummerfeld, 75, of Boise, passed away August 30, 2015. He was born in Wasco, CA on June 16, 1940. He graduated from Reedley H.S. in Reedley, CA in 1958. Gary was a Santa Clara, CA police officer for 15 years and moved to Boise in 1984. He then worked for Micron and retired in 2008.
Gary was an outdoorsman. Other interests included reading, music, having collections, and watching sports; especially the SF 49ers and Boise State Football! Gary was well liked and loved people.
Gary is survived by his son Steve Kummerfeld, daughter Toni Blake, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a sister Karen Kummerfeld.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Edna Kummerfeld.
Gary will be missed and remembered well.
