Easthampton- Gary Raymond Gosselin, age 61, a life long resident of Easthampton, died peacefully on Sunday October 10, 2021 at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton after a period of declining health.

He was born in Springfield on December 18, 1959, the son of the late Lucille Florette (Bouchard) Gosselin and Normand Romeo Gosselin. Gary was raised and educated in the Easthampton public schools before transferring to Hampshire Regional High School to complete his education, shortly after the sudden death of his mother, residing with his sister Norma in Southampton.

After completing his education, Gary went to work as a machinist for Tubed Products in Easthampton for many years. He enjoyed life and he was very active in his healthier years, as a member of many Billiard (Pool) Leagues in the area and loved jet skiing on the CT River, traveling, trips to Foxwoods Casino, celebrating the 4th of July with fireworks and he was an avid, avid, Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Gary’s true love was being a “Dad” to his two children who he cherished immensely, especially his beloved daughter, she gave him a reason to continue battling his failing health each and everyday. He leaves his beloved son; Joshua Gosselin, beloved and cherished daughter; Sarah Gosselin, grandson; Johnny Gosselin, three step sons; Kyle, Tim, Jason, sister; Suzanne Scott and her husband Dennis, two brothers; Roger Gosselin, Roy Gosselin and his wife Diane, two half sisters; Michelle Krause and her husband Jay, Suzette Beem and her husband Stephan, many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. Besides being predeceased by his parents, Gary was predeceased by his beloved sister, Norma Gosselin and two nieces; Rose Gosselin and Jamie Gosselin.
