WINSTED –SIMONS – Gary J. Simons, 68, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017. Born March 3, 1949 in Winsted; the son of the late Leland and Virginia (Niles) Simons. Gary enjoyed bowling, camping and watching NASCAR. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to Gary’s neighbors and friends, Jerry and Robin Gemetro, Ellen Rizzo and Bob Morin for all their care and kindness. He is survived by a brother, David Simons and wife Carol of Glens Falls, NY; nephew, David Simons, Jr and wife Vanessa of Queensbury, NY; two grand nephews and a grand niece.
