Gary Dean Springer, 73, of Eureka, IL went to be with his Heavenly Father on the wings of angels on July 22, 2019. He passed away from cardiac complications at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born March 10, 1946 to Roy and Pearl (Keller) Springer. He married Ginger Sides on Sept. 20, 1964 in Trenton, GA.
Surviving are his wife along with their 3 children, Christine (Glenn) Miller of Carlock, IL. Ed Springer of Kentucky and Stacy (William) Anderson, of Bartonville, IL. Also surviving are 6 grandsons, 4 step grandsons, 6 great grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. He is further survived by 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Sandi Aeschleman of Roanoke, IL, Roy (Susie) Springer of Coos Bay, OR, Flossie (Tony) Ferrero, Kathy (John) Nutt and Sharon Seckler all of Roanoke, IL, Keith (Gwen) Springer of Pueblo, CO. Rita (Bruce) Sauder, Germantown Hills, IL. and Andrea (Brian) Bill of Eureka, IL.
Gary graduated from Roanoke High School in 1964. He retired in 1999 from Caterpillar Tractor Co.
