Gary D. FelkerAge 51 of Owosso passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at his home.Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Pastor Marlene Webster officiating. Burial will follow at West Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Gary was born September 16, 1966 in Owosso, the son of George and Donna (Archambault) Felker. He graduated from Owosso High School; Class of 1984.Gary was the proud owner-operator of Felker’s Tents, Tables & Chairs and he also spent 25 years as a sexton for New Haven Township cemeteries.Gary enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved and lived for his son and his daughter and was devoted to helping and caring for his parents. He also loved the outdoors and was an avid and passionate outdoorsman; he loved hunting deer, turkeys, and other small game.Gary is survived by his son Joshua Felker and daughter Stevielyn Felker; his parents; brother Ronnie Felker; three sisters Jackie (Robert) Welsh, Karen (Ted) Fischer and Sharon (Scott) Gross; several nieces and nephews and many other loving family and friends.He was predeceased by his sister Janet Smith and his grandparents.Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
