BRIGHAM CITY – Garn Wynn Hunsaker passed away on March 30, 2016. He was born on September 6, 1937 in Brigham City, UT, a son of Wynn Lewis and Doris Annie Tubbs Hunsaker. He was a life-long resident of Honeyville. Garn attended Honeyville Elementary School, Box Elder Jr. High, and Box Elder High School.
Garn married Nelda LeAnn Hansen on September 4, 1959; he later married his chauffer and constant companion, Gordonna Ann Trimble on August 23, 1982. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Sunday School Presidency and Boy Scouts.
Garn loved the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed doing woodwork and gardening. He loved to visit people and tell them all his stories. Garn worked for Honeyville Grain and ATK. He loved his family and enjoyed visiting his grandkids. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Garn is survived by his wife Gordonna, children: Darrell (Diane) Hunsaker, Randall Hunsaker, Sheryl (Wayne) Wadman, James Maxwell, Lance Maxwell, and Wayne Maxwell; 17 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren; also his sister, Dixie S. (Roger) Bowman.
