Gail M. Allen, 56 years old, of Florence, Colorado went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. She passed away peacefully in her sleep into the hand of Jesus. She was born August 3, 1964 in Wichita, Kansas to Jim and Phyllis Allen. She attended Florence High School and graduated in 1983. She worked most of her career life working for GE Travel as a travel agent in Arizona. Gail later moved back to Colorado to be with family.
She enjoyed traveling around the world, entertaining friends and family, cooking, listening to music, antiquing, reading Greek mythology, and gardening.
Gail is survived by her mother, Phyllis Allen; sister, Gwen Gonzales; brother, Greg Allen; nephews, Greg (Molly) Allen, Gary (Dani) Allen, Myles Allen; nieces, Mandy (Casey) Calhoun, Dori (Bryan)Sparks; great-nephews, Darren, Dustin, and James Calhoun, Ladd Allen, Richard Sparks, Braxton Allen, Sebastian and Syper Allen; great-nieces, Brooklyn, Britain and Briella Allen, Emily Allen, Ka’Marra Jackson, Gemma Allen and Lily Calhoun. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Allen and brother, Gary Allen.
