Frieda L. (Smith) Bohall-Flynn, 87, of Bloomington, passed away Monday, May 23, 2011, at Brown County Health and Living Community. Born, on June 8, 1923, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Gilbert and Goldie (Norman) Smith. Frieda retired from General Electric after 21 years of employment, and she was a member of the Dolan Ridge Community Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed fishing, gardening, quilting and cooking, but mostly she enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Survivors include one son, Roger D. Bohall (Melissa), one grandson, Nathan James Bohall and his fiancée Caitlyn Caswell, close friend, Lowell Bohall all of Bloomington, two sisters, Peggy Holt, Patty Kidd both of Unionville, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Frieda was preceded death by her husband, Ike Flynn, her parents, four brothers, Robert, Gerald, Donald and infant Perry Joe Smith.
