Frida Schubert, 86, of Holiday City West section of Berkeley Twsp., NJ died on Friday October 27, 2017 at her home. Frida was born in Allentown, PA , brought up in the Bronx, and later lived in Ridgefield, NJ until moving to Berkeley Twsp., NJ in 1998.

She worked for RCA in Manhattan, NY as a staff photographer. Frida was an award winning photographer, the President of the Nikon Camera Club in Rockefeller Center in NY. She photographed such events as the SAG Awards, EDGES, Children’s theatre and the topping of the World Trade Center. Frida was a summer stock actress at an early age, and maintained a life long interest in theatre and film. Frida is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Mary ; her sisters Elsie Friedle and Mary Hensley and her nephew Douglas Friedle.

Surviving is her twin sister Hilda Schubert of Berkeley Twsp., NJ; her nieces Mary Steinbach and her husband Frank of NC, Karen Kelly and her husband Michael of Garrison, NY and Laura Cothren and her husband Kenneth of Cape May, NJ; her nephews Robert Nicolosi and his wife Sandy of NC and Michael Friedle and his wife Karla of Poughkeepsie, NY and many grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
