A beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, Army Veteran, and friend passed away peacefully with family by his side on the evening of Sunday January 30, 2022, at the age of 71. Fred fought with courage until the end, and is now freed from the confines of his illness, and he is at peace and full of happiness, especially now being reunited with the love of his life, wife Veronica (Avalos) who predeceased him; along with his parents and nephew Daniel Trujillo. Fred was born in Salida, Colorado to Fredrick and
Ramona Trujillo. He is survived by his loving son Fred J.(Astra) Trujillo, grandchildren Jacob, Grace, Leonard, and Diesel, brothers Larry (Sandy), Randy (Janet), Frances, and Patrick (Cheryl) Trujillo, sister Elaine (Angelo) Alires, and numerous nieces and nephews. Fred was a simple family man who worked tirelessly for them, having retired from UPS after 30 years.
family and friends in these activities. Although age and illness slowed his participation, Fred never wavered in showing his love and pride in his grandchildren and his son Fred, who brought so much joy into his life. Fred will be dearly missed by all.
