Frederick Steven Propheter, Jr., 69, of Cromwell, passed away on Sunday, June 12th at Brittany Farms Health Center in New Britain. Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late Frederick S. Propheter, Sr. and the late Muriel (Robbins) Yeager. Fred lived in Cromwell most of his life, was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Vietnam Era and loved following the New York Yankees. He is survived by two brothers, Charles Propheter of Rocky Hill and Edward Bruce Propheter of Cromwell. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Cynthia Mignalary.
