Frederick Ross ‘Rick’ Coffey was born July 16, 1943 in Winslow, AZ. He died January 23, 2013 in Canon City, CO. Rick worked as a Quality Control Engineer for the Arizona Highway Department and Bechtel Corporation where he assisted in the construction of numerous power plants throughout the United States. He was a Lifetime member of the Elks B.P.O .E. Lodge #536, Winslow AZ, serving twice as its Exalted Ruler. During his term as Exalted Ruler, Rick was instrumental in providing food baskets to those in need at both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
