Frederick P. Jennings, 68, of Bristol, died Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at the West Haven VA Hospital, after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Lee Ann Jennings, and two beloved daughters, Melody Rose Santos and Amber Lee Paranzino. He will be greatly missed by his four adored grandchildren, Morgan Mackenzie Santos, Justin Carter Santos, Samara Nicole Paranzino, and Natalie Grace Paranzino. Born to the late Frederick Charles and Rose (Benvenuto) Jennings, he had five siblings, the late Sandra Duperry, and is survived by Charlene Bailey, Ricki Bishop, Christine Perondine, and Robert Jennings.
A proud US Marine Corps veteran from 1966-1969, Frederick served his country overseas in Vietnam during the war and Tet Offensive. He worked in security for over 40 years at both Aetna Life Insurance and Travelers Insurance.
