Frederick O. Egli, 79, of Wolf Run Village, Hughesville, died Sunday, May 16, 2010, at The Gatehouse Hospice.

Fred retired from Brodart and Pepsi Bottling Company and was a farmer when he was younger. He loved to travel, eat out and enjoyed Branson, MO.

One of 13 children, he was born May 26, 1930 in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, the son of Osbert and Rachel Kline Egli.

Surviving are his wife, the former Florence I. Florey Hall; a son, John O. (Doris) Egli of Cogan Station; daughters, Linda M. (Bruce) Wolfe and Cheryl L. (Harvey) Seiler, both of Williamsport and Ann M. (Robert) Prentiss of Milton; stepsons, John (Vivian) Hall of Benton and David (Bertha) Hall of Hughesville; stepdaughters, Betty Little of Picture Rocks and Mary Phillips of Muncy; a brother, Lawrence Egli of Hughesville; grandchildren, Laura, Maria, Amanda, Cody and Mark Greenaway, Michael (Christie) Seiler, Jason Egli, and Tanya (Deron) Stitely; great grandchildren, Jocelyn Seiler and Dylon Stitely and several stepgrandchildren and step great grandchildren.

Fred was predeceased by his first wife, the former Miriam M. Myers in 1990 and siblings, Paul, Charles, Howard, Raymond and Robert Egli, Esther Schneider, Helen Miller, Pearl Goodchild, Dorothy Swisher, Olivebella West and Pauline Rupert.
