Frederick “Fred” McKinley, 80, passed away on January 26, 2019 after a brief illness.
He was born February 16, 1938 in Delaware County to Russell and Viola (Minnick) McKinley. Fred was a 1956 graduate of Eaton High School and he went on to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force during Korea and Vietnam.
Fred worked for General Motors in Muncie for over 32 years retiring in 1998.
