Newark – Frederick James Potter, 73 died Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at the Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
Mr. Potter was born the son of the late James Potter and Ida Alguire Massey on September 7, 1933 in Oneida, New York. He worked at Goldfield and Sual Contracting in Syracuse, New York. Mr. Potter lived for a short time in Lyons, New York before going to the DeMay Living Center in Newark.
Mr. Potter leaves his son Steven Potter of East Syracuse; daughters Jackie and Robert Baulick of Auburn, Kathy and William McKane of Alabama; sister Dorothy Stevens; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his daughter Janet in 1959; son Frederick in 1981 and his sister Jeannine Woods.
