Frederick A. Kemp, Jr., 69 of Indianapolis died June 19, 2021 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was born August 19, 1951 in Martinsville, Indiana to Frederick A and Helen Thacker Kemp who have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Delane Cook-Kemp; daughter, Missy (Kurt) Williams; grandchildren, Addison and Thea Williams; 10 great nephews and 1 great niece. Mr. Kemp was an Army veteran. He was retired from General Motors where he had worked from 31 years. He was a member of American Legion, Wayne Post 64.
