While operating his own business his clients were not only family, friends and locals, he took pride that one of his repeat clients was Aunt Bee (Frances Bavier) from the TV show The Andy Griffin Show. After closing his upholstery business he began his career with Perdue Farms Incorporated where he retired from a supervisor at their Robbins, NC location.
Freddy was Freddy. Freddy was truly unique person. His “uniqueness” could be found in hos mannerisms, his willingness to share his opinion (no matter how off the wall it was), to how he chose to spell his name. Somedays he was Freddy, other days he was Freddie. somedays he was Reives, other days he was Reeves. He walked to the beat of his own drum, and took pride in forging his own path.
