Freddie Mae Diehl, age 86 of North Little Rock, Arkansas  passed from this earth into life on July 31st, 2020 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born June 2nd, 1934 in Brookhaven, Mississippi. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Clady Mae Moss Leslie, her sister, Lois Richards, her husband of sixty years, Charles Diehl and by two sons, Claude Kuykendall and Kenneth Kuykendall. She is survived by her sister, Peggy Grogan, one son, Leslie Kuykendall and his wife Donna. One daughter, Linda Apple and her husband, Neal as well as one who was loved like a daughter, Paula Aultz. She has 13 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

 She worked as a stay-at-home mom. However, because of her great love for people and her caring nature, she decided to go to nursing school at the age of forty-eight. At the age of fifty-one, she graduated and worked as a LPN at the Memorial Hospital in North Little Rock. She worked there for fourteen years and retired in 1999.

 Freddie had a quick wit. She loved to laugh and make people laugh. She enjoyed gardening, tending her yard and feeding her birds and squirrels. However, what defined her the most was her grateful spirit and her generosity with her time and resources to others. She had great faith and prayed fervently.
