Freddie Jacob Albrecht JR., 80, 0f Flagstaff, passed away May 5th, with his wife by his side; Fred was born March 15, 1927 to the late Freddie Jacob Albrecht, Sr., and Selina Virginia Albrecht in Guyman, Okalahoma.
Fred served his country as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard aboard the U.S.S. William Mitchell during WWII and was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed showing dogs, carpentry, talking to his friends, and fishing trips to the mountains.
He is survived by his wife, Kay; two daughters, Susan Truax of Phoenix, and Karen Woodward of Crooked River, OR; one son LeeRoy Albrecht, of Oregon; tow grandsons, Terrance Albrecht of Colorado Springs, CO and Tristan Albrecht of Phoenix; five great grandchildren, one brother, Floyd Albrecht of Colorado Springs, CO. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Tiffany Monique Albrecht.
