Freda Williams Howard, 88 of Ooltewah died Sunday, December 12, 2010 at her residence. A native of Whiteside, TN she retired from Photo Corp. of America. She was of the baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, George and Martha Williams; daughter, Sandra Jacqueline Howard and son, Barry William Howard. She is survived by her son, Randall (Debbie) Howard, Ooltewah; Granddaughter, Angelina (Steven) Wagemann Burkholder and greatgrandson, Wesley James Burkholder both of Knoxville; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
